Cook Out Drinks Menu: Tea, Soda & Lemonade (2026)
Cook Out's drinks menu is short but smart: fresh-brewed sweet and unsweet tea, Coca-Cola fountain drinks, North Carolina's own Cheerwine, lemonade, and coffee. The sweet tea is brewed daily and is genuinely good โ Southerners will tell you it's one of the best fast food sweet teas in the region. Most drink sizes top out at a "Huge" 44 oz cup.

About Cook Out's Sweet Tea
Sweet tea is the unofficial state drink of the Carolinas, and Cook Out brews it fresh in store throughout the day. The blend is on the sweeter end of the spectrum (about 44g of sugar per Large), which is exactly what regulars want. Unsweet tea is brewed in a separate batch and is genuinely unsweetened โ not a half-sweet compromise.
Floats
Cook Out's $1.79 floats are an underrated item. The Cheerwine Float is essentially impossible to get outside the Southeast and is the cleanest way to taste the regional cherry soda. The Coke Float is the classic.
